How to create ledger in BUSY 18

Hello Dosto app sabhi ka mere blog me swagat hai.

Aaj mai apko Busy 18 me ledger kaise create karte hai batane wala hoo.

Dosto maine apne pichle post me company kaise create karte hai bata chuka hoo.

Sabse pahle aap apni company ko open karle.

Uske baad aap master tab per click kare.

Usme aap master per click kare click kerne per aap ko Add, Modify, List ka option

Show hoga. Apko Add button per click kerna hoga.

Uske baad aapke samne Add Account Master Window open hoga.

Ø Sabse pahle aapko party ka Neme fill karna hai.

Ø Then print Name same hoga.

Ø Group me debtor yaa creditor select kare.

Ø Uske baad party ka address fill kare.

Ø Country me india select kare.

Ø Stete me aap party ka state fill kare.

Ø Type of Dealer me Registered yaa unregistered select kare.

Ø Registered ke case me aapko GSTIN number fill karna zaroori hai.

Isi terah se aapko pura form fill karna hoga.

Sab kuch fill hone ke baad aap isko save karle.

Save karne ke liye f2 use kar sakte hai.

Aap enter press karte hue bhi save kar sakte hai.

Ummeed karta hu dosto aap sabhi ko mera post pasand aaye.

How to create company in BUSY 18

You can create a new company by using the Create Company option in the Company menu.

Ø  Click the Create Company option to create a new company. On clicking the Create Company option, a Create Company window appears.

Ø  In the window there are many fields in which data or information about the company needs to be entered. These fields are commonly referred to as Data Fields. Information about a company such as Name, Address and so on are required to be entered in different data fields. All the data fields in the window are categorised under following groups:

Company Information

Under Company Information group, following data fields appear:

Name

Ø  Enter the name of the company to be created. You can enter a name up to 40 characters.
